Keeal is digital-only—physical goods and in-person physical fulfillment are not supported. Eligibility and verification depend on your country and use case; onboarding shows what applies to you.
After a successful card checkout, funds typically settle to your Keeal balance after network and risk checks—not always instantly available. Transfers to your linked bank account depend on the settlement schedule, destination, and compliance review. Your dashboard shows status before you confirm a transfer.
There is no monthly platform subscription for core use—you pay processing costs when money moves (typically a percentage plus a fixed component on card payments, depending on method and region). Currency conversion is quoted with a small disclosed spread. See the pricing page for how fees work today; your dashboard also surfaces fees before you charge a customer.
Keeal is not a bank. For card and hosted-checkout payments, Keeal is the merchant of record—customer statements and Keeal-issued invoices identify Keeal. Vendors supply the digital product or service and receive net proceeds after fees and reserves. Customer funds are handled with licensed payment partners according to their and our requirements.

You can automate payment links and hosted checkout sessions from your servers using Keeal APIs, then send buyers to our secure payment pages so raw card data does not touch your stack. What you can build depends on your plan and agreement; the help center documents supported API patterns and limits.
Coverage depends on buyer location, your verification profile, and payment partners in each market. You will see which currencies and transfer methods are available as you configure links, invoices, and bank destinations. Documentation is updated as we add regions—use it together with what the product shows for your account.
