Our story
Keeal is operated by Keeal, Inc., a Delaware corporation (your USA contract and merchant of record). The Keeal product is built with technology from Microxen Inc., our USA technology partner—not the party you contract with and not the merchant of record. We built Keeal after one too many painful billing cycles: opaque fees, slow support, and tools that treated independent operators like afterthoughts.
So we built Keeal for real workflows—shareable payment links, invoices, a public profile with client conversations, notifications, and receipts—so the story of a payment does not get lost across inboxes.
Processing runs on infrastructure we document openly: Stripe for card rails, strong encryption, and verification when regulations require it. We are early, we ship often, and we take feedback seriously—tell us what hurts.
