Starting rate for new accounts

5% + $0.30 per successful payment

Your actual fee can be higher or lower depending on how your client pays, where they are located, and whether the payment crosses borders or requires currency conversion.

How fees work

A small processing fee is deducted from each successful payment before it reaches your balance. You never pay unless a payment succeeds.

Only pay when you process payments
Fees are deducted automatically from each successful payment to cover processing, security, and platform maintenance.
Fees vary by payment method
Rates depend on the payment method (card, bank transfer, etc.), card type, currency, and the payer's region.
Always shown upfront
The exact fee is displayed before you or your client confirms any payment — no surprises.
No hidden markups
No subscription fees, no monthly charges, no setup costs, and no hidden markups on processing.

Why do fees vary?

We pass through processor costs transparently — no subscription fees, no monthly charges, and no hidden markups on top of the rate shown at checkout.

  • Payment method. Cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets carry different underlying processor costs.
  • Card type & brand. Corporate, premium, and international cards can have higher network fees than standard domestic debit or credit cards.
  • Payer country & region. Payments from certain countries or corridors may include regional surcharges from card networks and banks.
  • Cross-border payments. When the payer's bank country differs from your account or settlement region, cross-border fees may apply on top of the base rate.
  • Currency conversion. If your client pays in a different currency than your payout currency, conversion fees and FX margins are shown before they confirm.

The exact fee for each invoice or payment link is always shown in your dashboard before you send or confirm anything.

For more details on our fee structure, see our Terms of Service (Section 5: Fees & Pricing).

How Keeal pricing works

Keeal does not charge a monthly subscription to maintain your account. You can create payment links, send invoices, and use core platform features without a recurring platform bill. New accounts typically start at 5% + $0.30 per successful payment. Your actual fee can be higher or lower depending on how your client pays, where they are located, and whether the payment crosses borders or requires currency conversion.

We display processing costs and any currency conversion before your buyer confirms, so your clients see the final amount in their chosen currency whenever conversion is involved. Settlement timing and bank transfer schedules depend on your profile, destination country, and risk review; typical ranges are shown in product help articles and may vary by region.

Optional paid add-ons or partner services may appear over time; when they do, we will label them clearly in-product and on this site. If you are comparing Keeal to other stacks, budget for fewer separate subscriptions and fewer manual reconciliation steps—not zero payment processing cost, because moving money securely still has underlying network fees.
